For international training programmes (including AISS programmes), the specific terms and conditions below apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of sale available on the EN3S website.
These specific terms do not apply to the following programmes: “English and Social Protection,” “Determination of Applicable Legislation,” “Learning Journey in Europe,” and customised or in-house training programmes (designed for participants working in France and governed by specific contractual arrangements).
Proof of financial support for the training programme, provided either by the participant’s employer or by a third-party funding body, must be submitted at the time of online registration.
EN3S reserves the right to refuse registration requests from organisations that have outstanding debts owed to EN3S.
All prices are quoted net of exchange-rate and bank transfer charges.
Travel arrangements and costs incurred in reaching the training venue are not included in the training fee.
For short courses listed in the training catalogue, lunches provided within the scheduled training hours are included in the advertised fee. Accommodation and other meals are not included unless otherwise specified in a training agreement.
Any exchange-rate costs and bank charges related to international transfers shall be borne by the paying organisation and/or participant. The payer must indicate the participant’s name and/or the name of the organisation on the transfer order so that EN3S can identify the sender of the payment.
In the event of non-payment of training fees, EN3S reserves the right to withhold the issuance of a diploma, certificate, or training attestation.
Discounted rates apply to registrations from the same organisation for one or more international training sessions (including AISS programmes) within the same calendar year:
A participant who is unable to attend may be replaced by another individual meeting the programme’s admission requirements, subject to feasibility and any applicable visa-processing deadlines.
Late cancellations will be charged as follows:
For international training programmes, only a visa refusal may qualify for a waiver of cancellation fees. Such a request must be supported by an official notification and submitted by email as soon as possible, and in all cases before the start of the in-person training session.
Visa procedures that are not initiated in a timely manner, resulting in a visa appointment being scheduled fewer than 15 calendar days before the start of the in-person programme, shall not qualify for any waiver of late cancellation fees.
Repeated cancellations by the same organisation may result in the suspension of registrations for any other EN3S training programmes requested by that organisation.
