Publication of the French Legal Guide to Worker Mobility in Europe

Since 2017, EN3S has participated in a working group coordinated by the European Representation of French Social Security Institutions (REIF) to produce a guide on worker mobility in Europe.

Prepared in collaboration with the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health and the Ministry of Labour, this guide is aimed at employees, employers, and self-employed workers alike. It addresses situations involving:

for both inbound and outbound mobility. For each situation, the guide compares the relevant provisions of labour law and social security law.

The guide is available in both French and English.

As a member of REIF, EN3S contributed to the preparation of this memorandum, published in French and English in September 2019.
