Published quarterly, the International Social Protection Monitoring Bulletin (LVPSI) provides an overview of the main studies, analyses and research published internationally.
It forms part of EN3S’s mission to produce and disseminate knowledge, complementing the resources available through Univers Sécu and the journal Regards.
The bulletin serves as a valuable reference tool for understanding social protection issues from an international perspective.
This methodological framework for health coverage regulation is designed as a practical tool for social security institutions engaged in extending health coverage within their countries.
Developed by experts from the French Health Insurance system and several French-speaking countries, it offers a structured approach based on universal economic principles while taking into account national specificities.
The framework provides tools to support the design and implementation of regulatory policies aimed at ensuring the sustainability, performance, accessibility and quality of health coverage.
This document proposes a structured methodology to support social protection extension initiatives by identifying key stages, policy levers and success factors. It is based on the analysis of national contexts and provides practical tools to support decision-making and implementation processes.
